I live around the corner to Giotto and it has become my go-to pizza place. The pizzas are authentic Italian all the way. While I still can't find a place that sells great pizza by the slice (like in New York) this place is a great spot for full pies that you can share with a friend or wrap up and re-heat. I had a margarita pizza with proscuitto and it was heavenly. Best part the outside tables make for a pet friendly under $20 option. One issue... plates, forks and knives are waaaaay too flimsy. The fork was teeny plastic as was the knife. I suggest they get thick plastic unbreakable plates that can be reused and real forks and knives. Not sure if there's a dishwasher in there but their pizza is too good of quality to eat with basic plates and cutlery. It kinda takes away from the experience. Bottom line... best enjoyed when ordering for pick up.

Yelpers you let me down... how was this pizza rated 4.5? Burnt and soggy, won't eat here again...

Back in SOBE and couldn't resist the temptation to try out Giottos again. And we loved it! We got the pizza margherita... Perfect! Fast service and friendly staff. Outdoor seating. Great for anybody who wants to enjoy an authentic style Italian pizza.

My favorite pizza on The Beach! Sure you can go to those pizza and pasta restaurants on Lincoln Road for wood burning stove pizza, and get good pizza, but At Giotto, you can enjoy the same if not better without the fuss. Order your pizza at the counter, then then go sit outside on the patio. They have an abundant selection of 13 inch pizzas, including Calzones - which are awesome! TIP: One pizza is sufficient for two people to share. You can "Make Your Own Salad".

Excellent D.O.C. Style pizza. Just like Napoli! Margherita is my fave!

Beyond disgusting! This is a total scam. They must pay for good reviews. I ordered the "Las Vegas" pizza. It tasked like salty cardboard. The ham was brown and the artichokes were grey. I took one bite and threw it out for fear of food poisoning. I cannot imagine a single person thinking this was good or even ok. The upside was they had fast delivery. Waste of $20! Don't be scammed by the good reviews!

    ....amazing pizza!!!! DELIZIOSA trust me!!!

Goldilocks would love it here. Not too thin or over-healthified, and not grossly over-stuffed and greasy. This pizza is just right. The textures and tastes really do remind me of pizza I had in Italy, though somehow a little gentrified, if that makes sense. Maybe it's just the location. Something happens when you take the pizza out of the piazza. I've been to dine in, which is quick and hot and delicious, and I've had delivery, which was decently quick, though the pizza came a little cold. Less delicious than the in-person pie, but that's usually the case (unless it's something like Domino's, which is crap anywhere you eat it.) Try it out!

0 stars. This restaurant is what inspired me to start a yelp account. The pizza is terrible. Legit, terrible. I ordered from them only once. They took almost two hours. They were not apologetic. The pizza was cold and undercooked. The "crust" is honestly nothing more than a tortilla. Worst pizza crust I have ever come upon besides the totinos frozen ones. Yes, even almost all frozen pizzas have a better crust than this place. Tortilla! -_- I had the normal cheese "pizza", but ate very little of it. And I was starving. I tried a bite of the eggplant and pepperoni one and had to spit it out. I hate this place bad. I wasn't exaggerating with the two hours thing, it was 1 hour and 51 minutes. Just want to be clear. It was a normal weekday.

I do not usually eat pizza, since i am trying to be healthier, and I do not like greasy fat slices anyway. But Giotto has something different, authentic and very very tasty. Their pies won't leave you feeling heavier. But they will show you the difference between real pizza and pizza wanna-be-s. Bravo!

  • Thomas F.

The owner is right from Naples, Italy. He was very nice. Ci parliamo in italiano. The pizza dough is delicious. My pizza was great. I can see why all the reviews have been so positive. Not too light, not too heavy. Clean, small, informal but trendy restaurant with seating indoors and outdoors. Parking can get tricky, but there is a municipal garage close by.

I'd like to preface this by saying this is based on a delivery experience, so I'll have to eat there to well-roundedly review it (which I SURELY will!) We ordered delivery last night and they were off the bat very nice and helpful over the phone. Delivery took only about 25 minutes and the delivery girl was super nice. We got the Piccola Parma and the Montecarlo Star Pizza. They were both AMAZING -- super hot and fresh and had cheese melting. The Star Pizza was really interesting but I liked it! The pizza is shaped like a 6 point star and each piece has a stuffed crust. The Piccola Parma was simple but fantastic. Definitely recommend this place -- can't wait to go eat there!

GREAT Real Italian pizza. Love the mozzarella ! Everything is perfect. Service is great! CHECK IT OUT!

  • Alexa R.

Paid 60$ for 2 regular pizzas and a Nutella pizza. NOT WORTH HALF OF IT! I may admit the ingredients were fresh. but the taste, lets just say, wasnt worth the 60$. the nutella pizza was, dough with nutella, I could of made a better pizza IN MY OWN OVEN. REGRET! Don't even waste your time. The prosciutto was as cold, straight out of the refrigerator. Not happy at all

  • Katie D.

Las vegas pizza is perfect!! Nice and fresh ingredients not heavy at all in your stomach after u eat! U can tell ingredients r super good! Also Nutella pizza is awesome!! I would have never thought! Place is a bit pricey compared to others but it is worth it, u definitely get what u pay for in quality and taste!

By far the best pizza you'll find in Miami! Can't get any more italian that this.

  • Joni K.

Crust is excellent, but really ruined by the use of canned mushrooms. Makes me suspicious of their other ingredients.

  • Regina Q.

i strongly disagree with one of the reviews below! This pizza reminded me of the pizza i ate in Rome and Florence in Italy. This is not the standard american pizza, loaded with tons of cheese. These pizzas are more authentic italian, light on the cheese and very fresh tasting. I recommend the basic margherita pizza, very tasty and fresh. very friendly staff. would recommend.

  • Caroline K.

Great thin crust pizza....give it a try if you like thin crust! Great selection of pizza. Service was great and even feels authentic because duo working behind the counter are Italian. They were super nice and helpful. I would definitely go here again for a slice next time I am in town.

lets just say its 10 x better than pizza hut when your thinking of being fat and want delivery!

Hands down, best pizza on the beach! All I can say. I dont give it 5 stars because they have paper plates, but silverware...so its complicated to eat, everything takes an extra step. I would go to this place everyday! They deliver fast!!!!

That's the best pizza ever!!! I'm Italian I love the Pizza and the Giotto's Pizza is great. The dough is light and highly digestible and the ingredients really good and above all italian. The Milano, the Piccola Parma and the Veggie are awesome. Atmosphere very relaxed and staff really friendly. And the blu eyes Renato (the pizzamaker) really kind Best than in Italy*****

    (5)
  • Sara B.

I'm 100% real Italian and I can swear Giotto's pizza is the best one I've had in Miami... and in many places in Italy! Renato entertains the customers with his acrobatic tricks, my kids loved it! (ok, me too... :-)) My fave is Margherita with arugula and fresh tomatoes, yum! The best value is in the small size pizzas, which are perfect for 1person and well priced. The staff could use some training... but Renato is great! bravo, continua cosi'!!!

  • Ulysses G.

The best pizza on Miami Beach. Authentic Italian thin crust with quality ingredients. Cannot really compare this with other pizza around, except maybe Fratelli La Bufala (Fratelli wont deliver). Friendly people. Perhaps the only negative is their lack of a larger size. One pizza is not enough for a large hungry man.

  • Ron B.

I really wanted to give them a 4 star but it recently opened still had a couple points to work out. But I am sure when I go back in a week things will be at the 4 star level. The pizza was very good and clearly a cut above your typical Washington Ave pizza place. I had a Hawaiian Erika very nice taste with sweet fresh pineapple. My friend had the classical margarita and enjoyed it. She is Italian! Good sign when the Italian likes it. The place is simple, clean and white. The service was good and but she was new but got the job done. I will go back and give a more detailed review because they will be ready and I see there is a good crowd there most nights.

Looking for what may well be the best pizza south of New York? Check out Giotto Maestro della pizza. The dough is perfect- thin but not so thin that you can't taste that powerful flavor. The toppings are inspired but not over-the-top inventive. We had the 2012 (tomato sauce, mozzarella, eggplants, pepperoni, pesto, walnuts, parmesan) and the meat lover (Tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage), with a Nutella (hazlenut chocolate spread) pizza for dessert that would give the crepes in Paris a run for their money. The pizza here is well balanced: not just the flavors, but in the chef's hands - and over his shoulder behind his back, over his head... we were skeptical at hearing of medals in pizza acrobatics, but having seen it first hand, are believers now. Excellent food by people who are passionate about their pizza.

Crust is very soggy, thin, and not crispy. Had to eat with a fork. Not impressed. Would not order again. A 4 item pizza delivered cost $23!

We were here for a week long convention. Even though I normally have pizza once or twice a month, I have had pizza twice already from Giotto. The last time I had pizza like this was when I was in Rome two years ago.... The best!

  • Marta N.

This place is great! The pizza is simply delicious, and not heavy at all. I love the place, the pizza and Renato is super friendly as well. My favorite pizza is the Montecarlo with Bresaola.....so yummmmmmmmmmy! Definitely give it a try!

  • Katie W.

Best pizza in South Beach! This is amazing authentic pizza. Keep in mind this is not the traditional American pizza. It is very thin crust. Every time I go, I get the London pizza. It has bacon and permasan cheese. Its delicious! The bacon is nicely cooked and compliments the other flavors so well. Since the crust is so thin, I can eat a lot more without getting that overly full feeling. They even have some specialty pizzas with truffles. The staff is very friendly & the establishment is very clean. This is the only pizza place my boyfriend and I will continue to eat at from now on. This place is in a completely different ballpark than the overhyped Pizza Rustica on Lincoln, which is ick. The sizes for this pizza are smaller than most pizza places, so if you're sharing you might want to get 2 pies. I suggest getting 2 different types. That way you can try more of what they have to offer. If you're in the area, skip the places on Lincoln & Washington and come here!

Best pizza in town. If you crave pizza, go to Giotto. They use quality simple fresh ingredients that you can definitely taste.

  • Humberto M.

Amazing. I work at a local hotel and was told by a guest visiting from Rome that this is the best pizza she has ever had. After that endorsement, I had to try it. Needless to say I have been there three times in a week. Try the Diavola or just plain cheese. This pizza is kinda like a big deal!

Best Pizza in Miami. Period....and this coming from a New Yorker.

The other night, the staff at Olivers mentioned the new place down the block has good pizza. I've passed it a couple times during construction but never really noticed the opening. Yesterday, while getting coffee some lunch patrons decided to feed my dog some crusts. She seemed to like it. So last night, I ordered a Milano from them. Toppings: moz, prosciutto, buffalo moz, and diced tomato. $15 with tax for about a 12 inch pizza. Crust was crisp on one side and wet on the other. Never tasted any buffalo moz, but did see the standard strands of regular moz out of a bag. Prosciutto was overcooked and turned into something like jerky. One bite and the whole piece came off. I think they used grape tomato halves, but they were not even close to ripe - color was pale and they were hard. I gotta say the hype on the menu is pure fantasy. Yeah they might speak some italian in the kitchen, but it doesn't translate to a good pizza. I advise you head elsewhere.

Finally!! Finally there is legit pizza on South Beach!! Giotto, you can take my money as long as you keep producing the pizza that you do!! Amazing even when you order delivery!! I am in love :)

I am so happy this place opened up. It is hard to find good pizza in Miami and this is the best I have had! I wish they added more to the menu (salads, apps ect) but the pizza is A+++

    (5)
  • Sasha L.

It doesn't get more fresh and delicious than Giotto's!!! The thin and crispy but with an awesome bite crust combined with the love that goes into making each pie makes this the best pizza in Miami! Thank you Giotto!!

  • Nathaly L.

Good Pizza, thin crust, on the crispy side taste very similar to Piolas pizza on lincoln. Outdoor seating available and sometimes they offer free app of bruschetta or nutella bites with the order of a pizza. We had the margarita pizza it was decent, the crust was thin and crispy...prices are very affordable

This is one of my favorite pizza spots. I always order the star pizza which comes with a crust filled with ricotta cheese. I'm not one to put truffle on everything, but this is one of the times I make sure to ask for the truffle oil. It's become my go to "cheat meal" I often look forward to all week. Besides my personal fondness for their amazing pizza, I consider it a true testament of authenticity when an Italian restaurant in the USA has Italian customers- especially because there are so many of Italian restaurants out here to choose from. I've eaten at Giotto dozens of times and the place is always packed with Italians customers. Plus, they have outdoor seating so I bring my dog and it's a win win for everyone :)

The only reason I'm giving more than one star is because we ordered during the Super Bowl so perhaps they were just trying to dish out as many pizzas as possible. But I have never in my life ordered pizza, thrown it out and then ordered from another place. It just was not good and not worth the calories to keep eating. And I hate wasting food but it was so disappointing. First of all, a pizza with basil as an ingredient should not have one small leaf of basil in the middle. The pizza was super thin, hard, and the cheese seemed like it had been sitting there for a long time. No gooey cheese like a pizza should have. Hard crust. Super disappointed.

    (2)
  • Didiceleste M.

We were disappointed by this place. The pizza are thin which is pleasant. The ingredients are very simple and our pizza weren't very well garnished. Few mushrooms or few pepperoni only... For the price they could be more generous!!!! It wasn't worth it to spend almost 40$ dollars for two pizzas and tow drinks!

Authentic Italian Pizza - wonderful atmosphere and great food. Great for both dine-in as well as delivery. The place is cozy and the staff charming. Has become a regular stop whenever in Miami!

I was a bit disappointed in my two experiences with Giotto. I came once and was a bit disappointed but I was so enthused by the reviews I was reading that I decided to give them another shot. It's a bit hot inside, with the scorching Miami summer heat it would be nice if they closed the doors and the their customers enjoy some AC instead of letting it flow out of the door. No complaints on the service during both visits. Ordered: - Montecarlo Star Pizza: This is their tar shaped pizza, filled with ricotta cheese in the crust. It comes with pepperoni, mozzarella and tomato sauce. The actual slice pizza is just so thin and flimsy. It's like a snack. The crust gives the pizza much more density and substance. Obviously being filled with ricotta is a nice addition to the crust. I had super high expectations for this pizza and they weren't met which is why I was a bit disappointed. It tastes good, but as i mentioned earlier, the slices are so thin and whim sickle that it turned things down for me a few notches. -Calzone Sam: Stuffed with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta cheese and pepperoni. Nice sized calzone, basic, tasty, nothing over the top though. - Nutella Pizza: Only foccacia with nutella. This was another high expectation dish I had that disappointed. It is literally the foccacia crust with nutella spread on it.... i mean if you LOVE nutella then you might see value in this dessert but otherwise I wouldn't see myself ordering this again. I just had to try "nutella pizza". -Moscow Pizza: The pizza came with tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, Italian speck(smoked prosciutto). The Italian Speck has some really strong flavors overpowering flavors. I'm not sure how much I really liked it to be honest. This is most definitely a personal preference issue though. The speck was very salty and just overpowered any other flavors from the pizza. It was a decent pizza... different. I'm glad I ordered it because I like trying new and different ingredients and twists on foods. It wasn't to my personal liking as much but it wasn't bad either. Overall, this is more of a neighborhood pizza spot, not necessarily a destination spot.

  • Lara B.

Nice casual neighborhood pizza place They only sell beer but if you like you may bring your own wine. The star pizza is my fave The caprese salad is tasty too Nice cafe style patio Service is a little slow but that may be because I'm an impatient Americana and a super fast eater ;) They have some healthy options for the people, unlike me, who like to eat more veggies and less cheesy, gooey, cured-meaty deliciousness...

Close to the real Italian Pizza as you can get in Miami Beach! Love it!

  • Kristen Alessandra S.

Love..love..love this pizza!!! My favorites would have to be the Star Pizza, which has ricotta and peperoni actually stuffed in the crust and the pie is star-shaped shaped. Oh and the Super Todd Five Cheese pizza... it has 5 cheeses!!! I think it's mozzarella, gorgonzola, bre, parmesan & provolone. And if you have a sweet tooth, Giotto's has a fantastic Nutella pizza! DELICIOUS! !! Besides the food being great, the staff is actually very friendly and provide good service.

    (5)
  • Gloria G.

Best pizza ever!!! The large sizes to share with friends are a real must for a tasty get together! Also the star shaped pizza must not be missed by the crunchy crust lovers..with a delicious touch of ricotta that makes the center more mellow. Superb!

I always wanted to try this place so when they offered a groupon I thought what perfect timing. So first this is really only a pizza place. That being said we ordered two 13 " pizzas thinking we would have leftovers the next day for lunch. That didn't happen I actually ate the entire pizza and was still hungry. It was basically thin bread with sauce to me. I was almost ready to get dinner after we ate dinner!First we got a half mushroom on one side half pepperoni on the other which was nice they did that. There were very few toppings more like a cheese. I ordered the fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce pizza that came out and was basically bread with sauce with a few pieces of sprinkled Mozarella cheese for$12.95. I was not impressed at all :( needless, to say the quality and ingredients are fresh. I probably will never return to this pizza place. I gave it 3 because the quality was goodi just think prices are to high for what they offer.

The pizza here was absolutely delicious I got the margarita pizza and I ate the entire thing myself it was wonderful the crust wasn't she sick or too thin nor was it too crunchy it was just perfect I loved it

I thought I left a review for Giotto a long time ago since I've been coming here since they opened...oh well, in case yelp deleted it here it goes again: best pizza in South Florida! Truly tastes like I'm in Italy! Just went there today after being absent from the pizza eating world for a while and they still rock! Super Todd 5 cheese Is my fav!

My favorite pizza on SoBe period. After 3 years running and it's real pizza that is real food with fresh ingredients by pizza chefs not assembly line workers

Awesome Italian pizza!! Tonight is the second night that i ate pizza at Giotto and it was fantastic!! the servers are really nice and most of them are italians as well! Their pizza is really thin and comes in a lot of original flavor/combinations...You gotta try the Parma is to die for! Keep up the good work I'll definitely be back again!

Consider yourself a pizza aficionado? Do yourself a pleasure and drop in. This is the real deal Venice style pizza. Had fresh basil, fresh garlic and pepperoni. Awesome. Thin, salty, crispy and delicious. Uhhh, yah, I'll take another one to go!

Updated 2015- Quality has dropped with loss of their pizza chef. Original review- One of the best places in Miami Beach - great italian-style pizzas, quick delivery, and friendly staff. As other reviews have noted, they have outside seating that is pet-friendly as well. Next to Starbucks on West Ave.

  • Stephanie H.

Pizza just like in Italy. Soo good! A few month ago they only had mushrooms out of the can but now they use fresh ones. :). The small pizza (which is perfect size for me) is only 6$. I go at least once a week.

  • Travis N.

This pizza was ridiculous! We ordered 3 pizzas, a meat one, Hawaiian and Margerita. If you are looking for minimal toppings and effort put into a pizza then this is your place. Never been so disappointed in a pizza. I called the place after my order to complain and they said sorry that's just what you ordered.

For most americans, pizza is comfort food, drunk food, hangover food, moving day food, and for the insane person who enjoys it cold, even lazy breakfast food. Here's the thing you guys, pizza is an art and no one knows this more than the artists over at Giotto. First of all, they are like pizza acrobatic world champions, or something or other. Yeah, I didn't know that existed either. I guess we're not as informed on the world of culinary athletics. Anyways, these guys are it, they've won awards and they are more than willing to show off those pizza dough throwing skills. Um... entertainment bonus! The main question here is, do those skills translate well to the taste? Oh yes sir, yes they do. All that high flying your dough goes through, adds oxygen molecules to it which adds to the plasticity and enhances the experience. I'm just kidding, I made all that up to tell you that this is top-notch dough. (And to sound cool) I can't even recommend pizzas because I've been coming here for so long (that's what she said) that I've tried so many. What I can say is that they were ALL delicious. Yes, all with capital letters! Same goes with the appetizers, although the cold cuts plate does stand in the forefront. The ingredients are top-notch. The mortadella has pistachios in it which sadly, I've only found in Italy. The meats are sliced thin, just the way I like them so I feel like they've created this placed based on my specific preferences. Thanks guys! My single star deduction comes solely from the fact that their prices are comparable to similar local pizza places such as Piola, Spris, etc. yet their ambiance is not. This place is a lot more casual. You order at the counter, your pizza is served on a weird wicker plate and aliuminum foil. I'm not saying this is a deal breaker, just that if you're going to charge as much as your competitors, you might want to offer the same type of dining. This is less of a date spot than it is a friend's meet up. Although maybe that's exactly what they were going for. Let me sway you away from the negative and get you back to the meat of this review. THIS PLACE IS A MUST.

Very good thin pizza. Would get five stars if they were more consistent. They do a Caprese Salad with focaccia bread that is a steal at the price. The pizza can definitely fill one person. The margarita pizza is the closest I've had outside of Naples. The girl who answers the phone is nice, I live about a block away and they're always incredibly quick. Would recommend also the panzerotti with pepperoni and cheese, super greasy deliciousness. Wasn't a huge fan of the star pizza or the dessert pizza.

Ok, as you probably know already; south beach has it's fair share of pizza joints. However, Giotto has quickly become one of my "go-tos". Fast delivery, friendly service, and great pizza. I always get the margarita pizza, add ham, and a Caesar salad. I've gotta say, it trumps most other pizza restaurants in Miami.

Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had! Just a block away from Mondrian hotel and after a week of their boring small super expensive menu I ventured out and found this amazing pie! Yummy thin crunchy crust ,fast and great prices. So good! By the way, searching for pizza near The Mondrian was how I found out about Yelp. I have been a loyal Yelper since.

AMAZING pizza! We live right down the street and visit this place frequently. The customer service is usually great. When this place happens to make a mistake every now and then, they always correct it. Please reconsider the outdoor smoking policy. It ruins the experience for people who don't smoke. I shouldn't have to pay to deal with other customer's poor health decisions (smoking).

Delicious pizza! Make sure to order online for delivery. I called and placed an order by phone and got the wrong toppings. If you do order by phone make sure they report the order. Asked for pizza delivery and pizza arrived a little over an hour (they quoted 45min-1hour). I ordered on a Saturday night so not bad. Pizza actually arrived warm, not cold. Overall, pizza is delicious!!

This place is awsum. Being from NY I was looking for really good pizza nearby. I've been living on the beach for more than 2 years and nobody told me about Giotto. Found them on yelp and checked out their reviews. I ordered the famous Star pizza and it was delicious! Super fast delivery and nice customer service. Thank God for Yelp!!

Pizza is one of my biggest weaknesses in life. Superman has kryptonite, and I have pizza. I'm usually always up for some pizza and when it was what my friends wanted to eat, I did not protest. I mentioned Giotto to them, which I had read about on Yelp, and we decided that is where we would be having dinner. Whenever I try a new place for pizza I always go for the classic Margherita pizza. I want to see if this place can do the classic, scrumptious, Margherita justice before I decide if they are worth a second visit. My friends followed suit, and before we knew it, we had all ordered Margherita pizzas. The Margherita pizza was pretty good. I really enjoyed it, but I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of basil it had, it only had 4 leaves on it. I love basil, so when I read basil I expect more basil. Next time I plan on requesting extra. Giotto was really good and I wouldn't mind visiting again. It is definitely better than most pizza places on the beach. Next time I visit I plan on trying a different type of pizza and seeing what else Giotto has to offer.

Like the ambience and the location. They are basically under a big (and cheap) parking lot which is a very important thing in South Beach. Quality of food is way above average. I left 4 stars because of the price. If it was a little bit less expensive it would be a place where I would go at least twice per month.

Looking for pizza on the beach that'll make you feel like you're not in Miami? Come here. Come here and enjoy yourself. Now, while the best way to enjoy an experience at Giotto is by eating al fresco, enjoying a good beer and better company, Giotto's delivery and pickup game is mighty impressive. In a neighborhood that too often touts 'What do you mean you've been waiting an hour? I don't even know that you placed an order. *Click*', Giotto is always polite, ready to take an order and is always accurate with its time estimations. That said, come here and eat outside. You spend enough time at home, no? Go fully Italian here. That means, start with Italian beer (I fancy the blonde-type ale) and don't stop until you get up. Next, make your own salad. You pay by the ingredient, which means that it could get costly if you go crazy. Peruse the options and then choose wisely. A salad with a few choice ingredients is as good as one with many. You want to savor the taste and appreciate the food. Eating with friends outside isn't a rush to get through the occasion. It's an opportunity to slow down and connect... so do that. Now that you're leaning back in your seat, it's pizza time. And, yes, you can order an entire pie. These aren't your greasy, weird-sauce hot messes you'll likely see more of in the coming weeks (Superbowl. I should probably spell that out). These pies are thin, authentic, not saucy, fresh, and correctly apportioned with toppings. I have run the gamut on the pizzas. I've had the meat lovers, agropoli, star pizza, truffle, moscow, and parma. I've yet to be disappointed with a selection. If you can't wean yourself of the red sauce, ask which pizzas have none... because some do. But, if you feel adventurous, give in to a new sensation and try a pizza that tastes like it came directly from Italy. I mean, they're doing something right over there, no? The little old men and ladies live to be 294594 and they smoke, eat meat and drink every day. I think it's something in the pizza.

At long last, we've finally found a fantastic pizza delivery spot. They tout themselves as the best pizza spot to hit South Beach and I might agree. Fact is, we ordered a standard margarita pie and the perfectly sized (for 2 ladies with moderate appetites) creation arrived at our doorstep within 20 minutes. Because their pies are Napoli style, the crust is thin and chewy (in a great way) and the sauce is perfectly balanced in tang and sweet. In an effort to maintain the quality of the pie, these things have to run out of the kitchen and into your living room. While I've yet to visit the location itself, I'll surely be making it there stat for a taste of their deadly Nutella pizza. Oy!

Very disappointed. Delivery. I'm a regular dine-in customer. Arrived promptly in quoted time, 30-45 mins. Ordered 2 pies. COLD when they arrive, not even warm! Very shocked, this place is usually amazingggg. Marbella & Las Vegas is what I ordered. The Vegas pie didn't have much flavor at all. The Marbella was ok, only thin u could taste was the truffle, not complaining about that though.

Italian style pizza. I went for lunch and had the Pizza Marguerita but noticed their wide selection of pizza's. The price was reasonable for South Beach. My pizza was delivered to my table very fast and the service is good. Another great neighborhood restaurant. Would definitely come back.

So I ordered the margherita pizza and caesar salad from here. All of it was incredibly yummy. I ordered delivery and I was impressed and thankful that it only took then about 25min to get it to me... I was super hungry last night.

I like New York/Italian style of pizza, i.e. thinner crust with less but good quality of cheese, and this seems one of the few places I can give a nod, in Miami. I ordered a delivery around 6:20pm of the sunday game night (vs. Pats) without knowing it was, and boy the delivery was FAST!! Exactly 20 minutes after ordering online. I was actually 'scolded' by the delivery guy in a friendly and polite mannter about my not picking up his 1st-2nd phone call, because there are many other people waiting(sorry!!!). The pizza was still hot and crispy enough, it would not be my 'best' pizza in SoBe so I took a star out (to be fair, I note that I am very picky about pizzas due to some specific preference) but again, it is good enough, for my preference. If this is their usual delivery speed, $2 delivery charge could be justified and I would order again to taste some more when I am in the mood. Or eat in instead to taste the freshest.

Excellent pizza. Authentic Italian and perfect size. Was very full after a 13 inch Moscow. They even gave us a Nutella pizza on the house! Service was phenomenal and we sat outside on a beautiful night. Couldn't have asked for a better meal!

The food is excellent but their delivery times are terrible. 2x we ordered and the food was delivered well past the 45-minute window that was provided in the order. Tonight's order is 1 1/4 hours and still waiting.

Genuinely great pizzas without. They use the best ingredients and it shows in the quality. Would love to have a place like this in San Francisco.

Love this pizza place! I was referred by a friend of mine from Italy. Definitely now one of my favorite places to get gourmet pizza here in Miami. They have a star pizza that is to die for ... The staff is polite and the prices are good as well. It's very close to home so I am happy to have this place here in the neighborhood :)

Pretty, good. The regular cheeses pizza was The best, with a thin crunchy crust. The Montecarlo was "ok", maybe because we had it with the mushrooms, which seemed to be canned and tainted the flavor of the pizza. Overall a nice pizza joint, taste similar to Spris pizza. I wouldn't say it's the best in South Florida. Enjoy!

Finally, a great pizza place on the beach! Plus, they deliver! It's about damn time! Giotto's pizza is true Italian pizza. Like the kind you would get in Naples while catching some sun in a piazza. Granted, it's a little pricey, but it's totally worth it once you taste that first delicious slice. Delivery is speedy, which is a welcome surprise in South Beach. Next time you're craving pizza, pass up that combo deal and take a chance on Giotto's margherita. You won't be sorry.

This is my go-to pizza delivery place. Prices are a bit high considering the size of the pie but worth it for the quality. I love their Hawaiin.. I order it all the time. Fast delivery, FRESH and tasty pizza... love it.

I took my family here based on the great Yelp reviews. And, while the service was impeccable, I found the pizza lacking in flavor and texture. All of the topping literally just fell right off every time we'd pick up a slice. It was like they just threw them on last minute to fit our order. And the crust was soaked, like super soggy. I really want to like this family owned local spot, so I'm willing to give it another try. But so far, I'm not impressed.

The pizza here is good , the atmosphere is nice while sitting out in the patio area. The crust is great, thin, crunchy, delicious. I tried the crossfit pizza with beef/arugula and a light crust. Overall, enjoyable visit. (try the nutella pizza :-)

THE WORST PIZZA I'VE EVER EATEN!! Absolutely atrocious. The crust is as thin as paper. The cheese and sauce are sparse. The prices DO NOT reflect quality. Should be $1 per pie for the lack of an actual pizza. There's only two sizes to choose from so instead of buying two big pizza's we had to buy 3 and with the extremely thin crust I was LITERALLY still hungry after 5 slices. NEVER AGAIN!! Don't waste your money for over priced paper with a slight sprinkling of cheese on top. Disgusting!

In south beach on every corner there is some greasy pizza place that serves a basic pie that anyone with little to no culinary experience could make. Giotto takes making a pizza to a different level. As soon as you see or taste their pizza you can tell that its made by someone who is an experienced and gifted chef. Their ingredients are fresh and for a pizzeria it's healthy.
